- Have tags still attached

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can then place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
